These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the HEDEO FOODS website and any orders placed through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Ordering
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm your order by email or directly through the order tracking page. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Product availability
Menu items, pastries, cakes and food packs are subject to availability. Where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed we will contact you to offer a substitution or refund.
3. Customer responsibility for correct details
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide at checkout — name, contact number, email, delivery address, pickup time and any dietary or allergen requirements. We are not responsible for orders affected by inaccurate information.
4. Delivery and pickup
- Delivery: we deliver to the locations listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- Pickup: collection is from our pickup address at the time confirmed in your order.
- If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available at the address, the order may be returned to us at the customer's cost.
5. Preparation time
Each product has a preparation lead time shown at checkout. Orders cannot be promised within shorter timeframes unless explicitly confirmed by us.
6. Payment
We accept two payment methods:
- Secure Online Payment processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not collect or store your card details — they are handled directly by the payment provider.
- Payment on Delivery, where payment is made when the order is collected or delivered. Orders unpaid on delivery may be cancelled.
7. Order changes
Changes to confirmed orders can be requested by contacting us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once preparation has started.
8. Cancellations
Cancellation policy is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Custom, perishable and large catering orders have stricter cancellation rules.
9. Catering and cooking services
Catering and cooking service requests require a minimum 48-hour notice. Final pricing, menu and logistics are confirmed in writing before the event. A booking may be considered confirmed only once we have acknowledged it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEDEO FOODS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
11. Allergens
Our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients. While we take care with cross-contact, we cannot guarantee any product is completely free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.
